Linkedy provides a traffic exchange network that allows publishers to exchange website traffic through a fair 1:1 credit system. The Service includes widget technology, analytics tools, and network management features.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Own or have authorization to manage the website(s) you register
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Website Requirements
Websites registered on Linkedy must:
- Contain original, quality content
- Not promote illegal activities
- Not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Not contain primarily adult, pornographic, or explicit content
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Not violate intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Generate fake or artificial traffic
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate clicks
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the credit system
- Click on your own widget or encourage others to do so artificially
- Share account credentials with others
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
- Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service
6. Traffic Quality
We validate all traffic to ensure quality. Invalid traffic (bots, automated clicks, etc.) will not count toward credits. We reserve the right to adjust credit balances if fraudulent activity is detected.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or malicious activity
- Send low-quality or invalid traffic
- Repeatedly receive complaints from other users
- Are inactive for extended periods
Upon termination, all credits and data associated with your account may be deleted.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Linkedy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logo, or content without written permission.
9. User Content
You retain all rights to content you publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Linkedy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your article titles, images, and URLs within our network for the purpose of traffic exchange.
10. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of specific traffic volumes or quality
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or reliability of information
12. Limitation of Liability
Linkedy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of traffic or website visitors
- Damage to reputation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (which is $0 for free users).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkedy from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you share through the Service
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkedy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
